Rugby League asked us to amalgamate more than 30 satellite sites into a multi-level master site serving every level of the sport, from grassroots right up to pro level. As you'd expect, the site needed to run smoothly and beautifully on all devices.
To meet the client's brief we created a suitable navigation structure – one that was well up to the task of hosting a large volume of content. We applied a consistent brand throughout the site and migrated full functionality from each satellite site into the new master site.
The finished product was streamlined, fully integrated, mobile-friendly and totally responsive. It raised the profile and accessibility for all areas of Rugby League and offered improved client management, as well as better cross promotion between leagues and editorial. Merging platforms even delivered significant cost savings.
